1. Program & Service Fees

All fees paid towards our programs, coaching, workshops, courses, consulting, or digital products are:

• Final

• Non-refundable

This applies once payment has been successfully processed, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing at the time of enrollment.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services involving:

• Time-sensitive training access

• Limited participant slots

• Customized consulting deliverables

We follow a strict no-refund policy once payment is made.

We encourage clients to carefully review all program details, schedules, and inclusions prior to enrollment.

3. Exceptional Situations

In rare circumstances where:

• Duplicate payments occur

• Technical errors lead to overcharging

The decision to approve any refund will be solely at the discretion of Alignyourbrain Training & Consulting LLP.

4. Cancellation Policy

• In the unlikely event that Alignyourbrain Training & Consulting LLP cancels a program or service entirely, clients may receive a full or partial refund, or credit towards future programs, as applicable.

Any disputes related to payments or refunds will be handled as per Indian law and jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
